Deliverance can often be received in one event. E.g; Most healing and deliverance in the bible
Deliverance can also be received in a process- E.g Mary Magdalene who had 7 demons cast out of her, the person who received healing of leprosy on their way back , Naaman who had to dip in water 7 times.
